Currently we have prime land comprising of 31 stands right in the CBD where we are looking for serious potential investors to develop the stands which will give Zvishavane town a major facelift. A number of commercial and service industrial stands are also dotted around townships such as Mtonjeni, Izayi Park and Zvishavane townships. The Town Planning section is responsible for the production of Master plans, local plans and development plans and development control functions for Zvishavane Town Council. This is a vibrant section which ensures that planning standards are maintained through its development control arm the inspectorate. Emphasis is on offering planning standards which are responsive to current and future demands without compromising planning standards. Planning is therefore centered on providing residential stands which cater for low, middle and high income earner/class while proportional commercial, service and industrial stands are also provided for the corporate sector.
